CITRIC ACID BULK

I am naturally concentrated in a variety of fruits and vegetables, especially in lemons and limes. Like most organic acids, my PH is low, between 3 and 6. In cooking, I thicken foods and give them a slightly tart flavor. I am often found in the list of ingredients of some ice creams, sorbets or sodas.
